Valuer
Paul joined JH Homes January 2024 as Valuer ensuring the sales processes including property valuation, brochure product, floorplans and Energy Performance Certificates follow relevant legislation. Paul has worked with Jan previously from 1995 and Martin from 1997.
Paul entered the Estate Agency business in August 1993 as member of the then Youth Training Scheme (YTS) straight from school as a sales negotiator, working his way through the ranks and completing 25 years of continuous employment for two highly regarded and established estate agents in Cumbria, covering Barrow in Furness/Ulverston/Windermere and Kendal areas as Senior Property Valuer and Manager, before making the move to the North Lakes in 2018 to manage another highly regarded firm as Head of Sales in Keswick. After 5 years away he has “come home” and will bring invaluable experience, new ideas and skill to the firm.
He became Member of the National Association of Estate Agents (MNAEA) in 1997 and is a fully qualified, accredited and competent Domestic Energy Assessor (May 2011) and Retrofit Assessor (December 2023).
Paul is a proud family man, loves spending time with his wife and teenage daughters and has a passion for regularly experimenting his culinary skills. He enjoys cycling, swimming, football, travelling, meeting new people and is an avid fan of Manchester United.
